Field mappings for product data can now be extended with transformations

With the new field transformations, you can adjust values in your field mappings in a targeted and dynamic way - even before they are transferred to the target system. Based on defined rules, input values can be automatically converted into other values. You can find all the details here

Adaptation of the catalogue download for improved performance

We have optimised the technology behind the download of large product catalogues. This means that all users benefit from faster loading times and a lower server load, especially with large amounts of data.

PunchCommerce invoices are PDF/A-3 and ZUGFeRD compliant

All invoices generated via PunchCommerce comply with the PDF/A-3 standard and contain structured XML data according to the ZUGFeRD format. This facilitates digital processing in accounting and ERP systems.

Billing period for invoice item added

It is now possible to specify a specific billing period for each invoice item. This creates more transparency, especially for recurring services or services with a time limit.

Team invitation e-mail functionality established

From now on, admins can send invitations to team members directly from the system via email to include them in the shared use of PunchCommerce. We want to make it easier to set up and collaborate within the team.

PunchOut for an AI prototype

In addition to establishing the new functions, we are currently working in the background to provide an AI-supported PunchOut gateway. Put simply, this is a chatbot that helps users to fill their shopping basket and then passes it on to the purchasing department for approval. You can find more detailed information on this here

Bug fixes & Co.

But there were not only new features and functions. We have also made some bug fixes. These include the following:

  • Corrected extrinsic fields in cXML payload
  • Missing field mapping in English cXML instructions added
  • Fixed file download for support tickets
  • Fixed cXML timestamp deserialisation with missing time zone
  • Dynamics 365 cXML requests against Okta fixed
  • cXML authentication for Okta integration fixed

An overview of our current changes and improvements can be found at any time in our changelog.
