With the new Order Hub, we are closing a central gap in B2B e-commerce: From now on, orders that your business customers trigger via cXML from their purchasing system can be automatically accepted and seamlessly forwarded to your connected shop systems such as Shopware. The rollout is automatic for existing Enterprise and One customers - you don't have to do anything. The functionality is immediately available for productive use.

Why is this important? Your business customers connected via PunchCommerce are already using PunchOut. But without a continuous order flow, the process often stops at the crucial point: the transmission of the order. This is exactly where the Order Hub comes in. It extends the PunchOut use case with the missing component - automated, reliable order transmission - and thus completes your digital sales.
