     With PunchCommerce you do not need any previous knowledge to enable your customers to access your product catalogue via the OCI, cXML protocol. You create your customers in our system and each of the customers receives their own PunchOut catalogue via OCI or cXML for access to your products. Having your own online shop is not absolutely necessary.

  What is a PunchOut?   A PunchOut is a direct connection between a customer’s procurement system and your online shop. The buyer opens your shop from their ERP system, adds products to the cart, and transfers the cart back to their system—without duplicate data entry.

  What is PunchCommerce?   PunchCommerce is a central gateway for PunchOut and e‑procurement integrations. It connects your online shop with purchasing platforms such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Jaggaer, Mercateo, and many more—without development effort.

  Who is PunchCommerce for?   PunchCommerce is aimed at suppliers who need to offer PunchOut or cXML interfaces to their customers. It suits mid‑sized companies with a few PunchOut customers as well as enterprises with complex e‑procurement landscapes.

  Which protocols are supported?   PunchCommerce supports both OCI, cXML and IDS-Connect, making it compatible with virtually all common procurement systems.

  What’s the difference between the Business and Enterprise plans?   The Business plan is designed for suppliers with a small number of connections. The Enterprise plan provides a full gateway with Order Hub, mapping tools, automations, user management, and support for complex multi‑customer and multi‑tenant scenarios.

  How does the integration with my existing shop system work?   PunchCommerce can be integrated into existing e‑commerce systems like Shopware, Magento, or custom platforms. We provide ready‑made plugins for Shopware, Magento, and JTL Shop 5; other systems can be connected via our well‑documented API.
