The PunchOut connection is running, the shopping baskets end up in the customers' purchasing systems. But then the orders come back: by e-mail, as cXML, in various formats. Every procurement system speaks differently, every order has to be mapped and transferred to the customer's own system. This process is often done manually and not only costs time and nerves, but also causes errors.

We have developed OrderPort to solve precisely this problem. OrderPort receives orders from e-procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Mercateo, normalises the data and automatically forwards it to the ERP or shop system. For B2B suppliers who do not want to build a separate integration for each system. PunchCommerce customers receive a 20 per cent discount during the introductory phase.

How OrderPort works

OrderPort takes care of the entire process in three steps:

  1. Order arrives: The buyer orders via the PunchOut catalogue, the order is sent as cXML to OrderPort 2 OrderPort transforms: The cXML data is normalised, the fields are automatically assigned to the target system - AI-supported in minutes instead of hours 3 Automatically delivered: The order is transferred to the ERP or shop system via HTTP, REST API, email or FTP

For whom we have developed OrderPort

We developed OrderPort for B2B suppliers who receive orders from multiple procurement systems and do not want to process them manually. Here are a few typical scenarios from practice:

  • Multiple procurement systems: A company supplies customers who use different platforms. Without OrderPort, a separate integration would have to be built for each system. With OrderPort, processing runs via a centralised service.
  • No IT resources:** Companies without in-house capacity for interface development. OrderPort takes care of the technical complexity, the supplier configures the connection themselves.
  • Replace manual processes:** Today, orders are received by e-mail and manually transferred to the system. OrderPort automates this step.

OrderPort also works independently of PunchCommerce. Suppliers who do not use a PunchOut connection but receive orders from e-procurement systems can use OrderPort independently.

Direct connection to PunchCommerce

A new feature is the direct integration between PunchCommerce and OrderPort. Suppliers who use both tools can automate the entire process: PunchCommerce transfers the shopping basket to the procurement system, OrderPort receives the resulting order and forwards it to its own system. The connection is made via a technical interface and the configuration is unique.

20 per cent exclusive discount for PunchCommerce customers

OrderPort's basic plan includes up to 2,500 orders per month, AI-supported field mapping and delivery via HTTP, REST API, email or FTP. The contract can be cancelled monthly, there is no contract commitment.

Prices for PunchCommerce customers (permanent 20 per cent discount):

  • 159 Euro per month (monthly payment, regular 199 Euro)
  • 143 euros per month (annual payment, normally 179 euros)

The offer is valid for existing and new PunchCommerce customers. The promo code "punchcommerce" must be entered when registering. The discount also applies permanently to all add-ons.
