Dear customers, dear business partners,

The year is drawing to a close and Christmas is fast approaching. As in previous years, we would like to use the time between the years to pause, recharge our batteries and start the new year with renewed vigour.

Our company holidays will last from **22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026**. During this break, we will **not be available** - neither by phone nor by e-mail.

From **5 January 2026** we will be available again during our usual business hours.

We wish you and your families a wonderful Advent season, happy holidays and a good start to the new year!

Season's greetings

Your PunchCommerce team
