In this journal article, we would like to share our experiences and impressions of our first trade fair with our SaaS solution. 17.07.2024 · Reading time 2 minutes ![A review of the Procurement Summit 2024 in Hamburg](/storage/media/journal/2024/Procurement Summit Rückblick.jpg) Last month we were still in rainy Hamburg at the Procurement Summit and now we are back in sunny Hesse and are already planning the next trade fair. Sometimes time flies faster than you think and that was also the case at this event. After weeks of preparation, the two days flew by. We have to admit that we were quite excited, as it was the first time that we were represented at a trade fair with PunchCommerce. But we were not disappointed. The Procurement Summit ---------------------- The Procurement Summit is the leading trade fair and conference for digitalization and innovation in procurement. This is where speakers, experts, decision-makers, innovators and exhibitors come together to help shape the future of procurement. As PunchOut is playing an increasingly important role in the field of procurement, it was only natural for us to offer PunchCommerce a stage for interested suppliers and buyers. Procurement Summit: Our experiences and adventures -------------------------------------------------- For us, the trade fair was a great experience and a benefit in every respect. We had inspiring discussions and a total of 30 demo appointments spread over both days of the trade fair. In addition to the official part of the trade fair, we not only had a lot of fun at the after-show party, but were also able to have great conversations and make new contacts. We were also able to learn a great deal about the structures and processes in e-procurement from the target group's perspective and derive further improvement measures for our product from this. In the future, we will expand PunchCommerce One in the areas of cost centers and budgets as well as watch lists and equip it with new features. Packed with new impressions and valuable contacts, we started our journey home on the evening of the last day of the trade fair. It quickly became clear to us: this was not the last trade fair!
