Onventis OCI catalog provision

In order to be able to use the adjustments for Onventis, "Onventis OCI 5.0 JSON" must be selected as the mode for the customer.

Configuration

The following fields in the module configuration can be adjusted for Onventis OCI:

• FTP-Export = Indicates whether an automatic catalog export should take place on an FTP server
• FTP Server Host = FTP Host
• Username for the FTP server = FTP username
• Password for the FTP server = FTP password
• Directory within the FTP server = FTP Root
• Export interval = 5 minutes to monthly

There is also an "Error during catalog export" field. The errors that occurred during the last automatic export are displayed there.

Catalog generation

The catalog generation for Onventis basically corresponds to that of the normal OCI, whereby only the fields known to Onventis are used for Onventis. The naming of the fields is also adapted to Onventis. This applies to the "VENDOR_MAT" field, for example.

The customer-specific field assignments are also used for Onventis.

Automatic export

If the automatic export is activated in the module configuration and all access data has been filled out completely and correctly, a new catalog will be generated for the customer at the specified interval and exported to the FTP server. "Active FTP" is used for the transfer.

The catalog creation is identical to the manual creation via the catalog view.

In order to ensure an overview of the catalogs created, only the last 5 catalogs are kept in the system, all older ones are automatically deleted from the system. The files on the FTP server remain untouched.
