Catalogue provision for Onventis
================================

### Utilisation

To be able to use the customisations for Onventis, "Onventis OCI 5.0 JSON" must be selected as the mode for the customer.

### Configuration

The following fields can be customised for Onventis OCI in the module configuration:

- FTP export = *Indicates whether an automatic catalogue export to an FTP server should take place*
- Host of the FTP server = *FTP host*
- User name for the FTP server = *FTP user name*
- Password for the FTP server = *FTP password*
- Directory within the FTP server = *FTP root*
- Export interval = *5 minutes to monthly*

There is also the "Catalogue export error" field. The errors that occurred during the last automatic export are displayed there.

### Catalogue generation

The catalogue generation for Onventis is basically the same as for the normal OCI, whereby only the fields known from Onventis are used for Onventis. The naming of the fields is also adapted to Onventis. This applies, for example, to the "VENDOR\_MAT" field.

The customised field assignments are also used for Onventis.

### Automatic export

If automatic export is activated in the module configuration and all access data is complete and correct, a new catalogue is created for the customer at the specified interval and exported to the FTP server. Active FTP" is used for the transfer.

Catalogue generation is identical to manual generation via the catalogue view.

To ensure an overview of the generated catalogues, only the last 5 catalogues are kept in the system; all older catalogues are automatically deleted from the system. The files on the FTP server remain untouched.
